Shipping Policy

We process orders on business days, which are Monday through to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. Virtual Icon Vintage reserves the right to review and cancel orders at any time. To ensure the accuracy of your order, you must provide complete and accurate information at the time of purchase. We may request additional information from you if needed. It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address and instructions when placing your order. We are not obligated to resend your order to a corrected address at our expense if you enter an incorrect delivery address.

Dispatch Time 

Virtual Icon Vintage aims to send orders within 1-2 business days after purchase. The estimated shipping time from Australia Post is additional delivery time to the dispatch time. 

Estimated Delivery Times

Australia Post suggests 1-2 days delivery time for express parcels from the time of dispatch. However, please allow longer for areas outside of the metropolitan areas.

 

International Shipping Times & Customs Fees

$20 for Standard International Shipping (estimated time 10-15 working days from the day of dispatch)

$40 for Express international Shipping (estimated time 7-10 working days from the day of dispatch)

If you are purchasing a product from outside Australia, custom charges may apply. The customer is responsible for paying these charges. If custom fees are not paid and the order is returned to Virtual Icon, the buyer will be refunded 50% of the order value due to administrative fees. Returns will not be accepted based on unpaid import fees.

 

Missing Items

If a product is missing from your order when you receive it, please contact us at info@virtualiconvintage.com with your order number and the product code of the missing item. We will investigate and proceed with the necessary arrangements.
