At Virtual Icon Vintage, we aim to create a seamless experience from purchase to delivery. The information below outlines our shipping processes, return policies, and details regarding pre-order items. Please read carefully to ensure you understand your rights when shopping with us.
SHIPPING
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note: We are closed Monday and Tuesday, so orders placed during this time will begin processing from Wednesday.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via secure, trackable courier services.
You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
Click & Collect
Available from our Melbourne flagship during store hours. You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection.
International Shipping
International orders are welcome. Delivery timeframes vary based on destination and customs processes.
Any import duties, taxes, or border fees are the responsibility of the customer.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Some items on our website are available as pre-orders. These pieces are not held at our flagship store.
Pre-order bags are located at our Brisbane consignment partner and require additional processing before dispatch or pick-up.
Please allow 4–7 business days for your pre-order item to be shipped or prepared for collection.
Estimated timeframes are a guide only and may vary due to supplier, handling, or transit delays.
Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase to secure your item.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on availability.
RETURNS
Virtual Icon Vintage specialises in pre-owned and vintage luxury goods. As each piece has lived a previous life, signs of wear are expected.
Every item is graded using our condition chart, found under each product description, and any major flaws are clearly noted.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you believe an item is faulty or differs from its description, please contact us at virtualiconau@gmail.com.
Our customer support team will review your enquiry on a case-by-case basis and discuss available options.
If Your Return Is Approved
You will have 14 days from the date you received your order to return the item.
Returned items must be:
- In their original packaging
- With tags still attached
- With the dust bag included
- In the same condition as received
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our policy guidelines.
Store Credit & Vouchers
Store credit, gift vouchers, and promotional vouchers:
- Are non-refundable
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Must be used toward purchases on our site
- Cannot be reissued if lost, stolen, or unused
Please remember: minor signs of wear are normal for vintage items and will be accurately described in product listings.
